The food table was kept pretty simple. The family created fairy fruit wands and a trail mix bar. So perfect for a day in the woodlands!
When the guests arrived they had the option to become a fairy, and even decorate their wings, or a woodland creature. The wing decorating took place on a giant "toadstool".
We had created felt masks of an owl, fox, deer, and raccoon.
The birthday boy decided to be a fox. Apparently the fox says..."it's my birthday!" ;)
The birthday girl was one of the cutest fairies ever!
Such sparkly wings!
Simple games were set up for the kids to play while they frolicked about.
This fairy liked to twirl and ring the mushrooms.
For our main craft the kids were able to make little garden homes. They could be homes for fairies, gnomes, trolls, birds or even bugs if they wanted!
Each child was provided with a bowl filled with goodies they could take to the decorating table. There they had a variety of moss, grasses, flowers, leaves and glitter. Each one turned out as special as the child who made it.
A fish bowl terrarium set the stage for garden home crafting.
I can not get over how perfect their backyard is for entertaining. So lovely. And our day proved to be most beautiful as well!
Our over sized table fit the bill perfectly for simple seating in the grotto.
We thought this party was a hoot!
